    The Front Office Manager Pedro Barata is a man from Portugal, has no knowledge or experience in front desk service, he work there just for recommendation but he does not solve any problem and has several complaints from employees abused by him.
    In that Hotel Thunderbird Treated very badly to their employees are underpaid, for example a receptionist earn S/ 800.00 soles a front desk supervisor earn S/900.00 soles and the front desk manager earn more than S/7000.00 soles
    Every abuse is accepted by the general manager Monica Mazzini.
    The most of the clients complain about the water , the noise and most of the time is the wi fi , and there is not manager who can solve any problem they just clean their hands and they put the other employees to solve the problem and the receptionist has to talk to the clients and give solutions.
